How We Get Your Personal Information

Managing Customer Contact Information

Our customer contact information is restricted only to communications relevant to the customers’ needs or inquiries contact (or both), so you have the right to object to our processing or use of your personal data. We use Twitter for social-media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via Twitter, we delete that information ASAP or within 30 days and continue communications with you via our email account. It will not be shared with any other organizations.

Emailing Us

We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with general guidance on email security. Most webmail such as Gmail and Hotmail use TLS by default. We also use Hushmail email services to further protect communication. We’ll also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. You must ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Our website does not search queries or log the results.
